Shelley KnightShelley Knight has served as vice president, customer engagement center for MLT Vacations since 2003. She joined MLT in January 2000 as the accounting operations manager and was also director, quality assurance prior to being named vice president. In her current position, she is based in Minot, ND, and leads a staff of more than 300 employees while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the reservations call center.

Before joining MLT, Shelley was vice president, operations for a leading, national ecommerce company. She was responsible for facility management of multiple locations as well as operational responsibility for customer support functions. Shelley was also manager of finance and operations at First American Bank, where she established financial control systems, including budgeting, cash management and general operations.

A native of Minot, ND, Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from North Dakota State University and has been an active member of the Excel Energy Advisory Board since 2010.
