Ava PratteAva Pratte has served as vice president, human resources for MLT Vacations for more than 20 years. She is responsible for managing the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services.

Ava began her career with Northwest Airlines, where she developed a well-rounded background in human resources and operations management. Following the company's merger with Republic Airlines, Ava was appointed director, flight administration. In that position she was tasked with scheduling 12,000 Northwest Airlines crewmembers in support of the airline's flight staffing requirements. In 1990 she consulted briefly for a regional airline before assuming her current leadership role with MLT.

During her tenure with MLT, Ava has served in a broad range of leadership roles including human resources, corporate communications, training and facilities management. In addition to leading the opening of MLT's state of the art call center in Minot, ND, she also provided direction and management for the company's more than 600 employees during the relocation of headquarters to Atlanta. Her vision for the MLT workplace and ability to execute effective engagement strategies resulted in Top Workplace honors for MLT in 2011 and 2012.

Ava holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.
